 Our packages are delivered to your home by GLS courier service throughout the country within 1-2 business days.

 

We provide free delivery if the total order amount exceeds the gross value limit of 19,900 HUF. If the order amount does not exceed the value limit of 19,900 HUF, the delivery cost is 1,390 HUF gross. Please note: in case of cash on delivery, an additional gross GLS cash handling fee of 790 HUF will be charged.

It is possible to pay the GLS courier with cash or bank card. Delivery takes place on working days between 8 am and 5 pm, so please always provide a delivery address where you are present during the day.

The courier will attempt to deliver the product twice. If both times it is unsuccessful, the product will be returned to the service provider. If you cancel your order by e-mail, there are no financial or legal consequences of the cancellation.

The courier cannot wait for you to try on the purchased product, so he will leave immediately after receiving the product. In order to avoid financial risk for you to order the product, the service provider undertakes to exchange the product that has not yet been used for a single free of charge for an identical or different product.

Please note that within an order, we can only exchange the product for free once and only in the case of a size change. In this case:

You will NOT be charged the cost of return shipping,
all you have to do is to pack the unused (!) product, i.e. in its own box, covered with an outer bag or box, and make it available at the agreed time. Attention: it is FORBIDDEN to put adhesive tape on the factory box, as this will make subsequent sale impossible. In such a case, the damage caused must be compensated to the web store.

Please note that the service provider replenishes the stock of the web store it operates in the web store. The system update time is 1-24 hours, so in some cases there may be a shortage of stock. The customer service will inform the customer about this immediately, but no later than 24 hours after placing the order, on working days.

In the case of orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the feedback will be sent by e-mail or phone on Monday. Our customer service is not available on weekends! In this case, the service provider is not legally liable. In all cases, the customer service will notify the customer by e-mail or phone when the ordered product is available.

FREE size exchange/exchange (for another shoe) can only be implemented if there is stock in our warehouse and the product to be returned is unused. In this case, we will send the shoes and at the same time the courier will pick up the returned package (Hand-to-hand exchange).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal (e.g. if the shoes are not good, you do not like them, or you do not want a shoe exchange but rather a refund of the product price), you must return the package (we always send a courier, free of charge) to us with a cancellation statement and a bank account number to which we will transfer the purchase price. After administering this request, we will refund your money within 14 days according to the conditions in the GTC and the legal statement.
