Why should I register?
Once you are registered, Wink can offer you a number of benefits:
- Faster order process for future orders due to saved details.
- We can contact you regarding your order or payment status.
- You can use different saved delivery addresses.
- You can have an overview of your previous orders and delivery status in your customer account.
How do I know whether my order has been successful?
Wink will send you an email order confirmation for each order you place. You can also check the current status of your order if you log on to your customer account.
How can I pay at the Wink Online Shop?
The Wink Online Shop offers several options to pay for your order in a secure manner:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Cash on Delivery
Do I have to pay delivery charges?
We charge a 5-10 Euro delivery fee for every order. For orders above 60 Euros the delivery fee becomes free.
When do I get my items?
We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to process the orders and get it delivered to you.
What happens if I am not at home?
Our delivery courier will contact you regarding a suitable delivery time, and they will make several attempts to deliver to the address you have provided to make sure you receive your goods.
What is your Returns Policy?
Wink offers customers the facility to exchange goods or obtain a refund. The goods must be in a new and unworn condition, in their original packaging, and a proof of purchase is required. The goods should be returned to us either in-store or sent through a Post Office or our courier’s Collection Service within 28 days of receipt. We will exchange your ordered item or refund your money free of charge once the item has been received.
I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
Don't worry about it. All you need to do is go to the login page, click the 'Forgotten your password?' link and put in your account email address in the box provided. Once you've pressed the 'Next' button, we'll send a new password to your email address.
