1. Introduction
The present document (Terms and Conditions) lays down the conditions for the sales made between people wishing to make a purchase from the Winksport website http://www.winkstores.com, hereinafter referred to as "customer/you", and Pillantás Kft., a public limited company registered at H1108 Budapest, Harmat u. 210., Hungary in the Budapest Trade and Companies Register under number 01-09-260313, with EU VAT number HU 10808074, hereinafter referred to as "Wink/Winkstores.com/Website/we/us". Wink is subject to the law in the country of its origin, Hungary, and to the European Union’s legislation. Once you have read these Terms and Conditions, it is considered to be an agreement. Using the website also implies full agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Price
2.1 Price and Currency
Product prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Euros, inclisive of Value-Added-Tax (VAT), but do not include delivery charges (see 6.2 for Delivery fees). The exact shipping rates depend on the country of delivery. Prices may be quoted in a different currency if you change the country of delivery or language. Please note that changing the country of delivery or language may have an influence on the price due to country specific pricing or a change in currency.

2.2 Price Changes
Winkstores.com reserves the right to modify its prices any time, for instance during sales periods, without prior notice. The products are invoiced according to the prices in effect at the time the order is completed. The products ordered remain the property of winkstores.com until the full payment is received by winkstores.com. All payments must be made in one installment, in full.

3. Ordering
3.1 Eligibility to order
To place an order on the website you must be:

  1. A non-trading individual, consumer
  2. At least 16 years old
  3. Orders can be processed on winkstores.com for delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

3.2 How to order
The order occurs in the following steps:

  1. Choosing the product, its colour, its size and quantity
  2. Adding the product to the bakset and proceeding to check out
  3. Registering an account by filling in accurate customer information (such as name, email address, delivery address etc.)
  4. Choosing a delivery option, a payment method and confirming that he/she has read and accepted the present Terms and Conditions.
  5. Validating the order by clicking on Place Order, which assumes that you have definitively accepted the product price, description, and Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Our right to reject an order
You can order from the winkstores.com and Our Customer Service Team will do their best to process your orders within 1 working day. Fullfillment of all orders is subject to availability, so we explicityly reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders for any reason. In such event, Wink will refund the full amount paid by the customer within 30 days.

Winkstores.com reserves the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. While we will make our best efforts to always process all the orders, there may be circumstances when we might refuse to process an order after Order Confirmation is sent out. We also reseve the right to cancel orders without taking on liability for damage or costs apart from the repayment of the amount received from you in relation to the order if

  • the product is not available or not in stock
  • your billing information is incorrect or not verifiable
  • we were unable to deliver to your address
  • there was an error in the spelling, pricing or other errors in the Website

4. Payment
4.1 Payment methods
All payments are processed in Euros. In case of a refund, the amount reimbursed will be the exact same one as the initial transaction in Euros. Customers can choose to pay for their purchases via PayPal or Cash on Delivery.

4.2 Payment Processing
If you choose PayPal as a payment method you will be redirected to the PayPal website when you place an order. Payments are processed in Euros and will be confirmed upon receipt additional information requested by Paypal.

If you choose Cash on delivery is handled by GLS when delivering the products ordered.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will only start delivery after we have received your payment. This may take several days. In the event that no payment has been received within 12 days after you submitted the order, your purchase will automatically be cancelled.

5. Registering and saving personal details
Registration can be made prior or during order placement. After registration, or once the payment is confirmed, the delivery information, contact details, email address and phone number are recorded for a quicker check out process in the future. The customer’s payment details are not saved or handled by winkstores.com.

6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery delays
Deliveries are handled by GLS in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
winkstores.com proposes Standard delivery and aims to provide a quick delivery service, but is subject to general country transportation structures. The Standard deliveries are expected to be processed within 4 to 10 working days. This time frame may slightly vary within one country depending on the area, such as rural or isolated areas.
These time frames are applicable for orders placed before 12pm (Budapest time), from Monday to Friday. For orders placed after 12pm, it is necessary to add 1 working day.

6.2 Delivery fee
Winkstores.coms sponsors one part of the parcel’s shipping cost and charges one part of it to the customer, who has to pay a delivery fee. This fee varies depending on the country the products are delivered to. This fee is fixed and does not increase with the number of items bought or the parcel’s weight.
The delivery fee is considered as consumed upon delivery attempt. Thus in case the customer wishes to be refunded, the amount reimbursed will exclude delivery fees.

6.3 Delivery process 
All parcels are delivered at the address the customer indicate while ordering. Deliveries are processed preferably in the morning, but can occur between 9am and 6pm (local time). An email is sent to the customer containing tracking information and GLS scheduled delivery day. This day is not contractual, and may vary depending on unexpected events occurring during the shipping process conducted by GLS.
GLS delivery services conduct three delivery attempts. If no one is available for receiving the parcel, the delivery man will leave a note proposing to the customer either to decide on an appointment, or to wait for the second delivery attempt on the following day. A third delivery attempt will be done on the following day. After the third delivery attempt, the parcel will be sent back to winkstores.com and the customer will be refunded.

7. Returns and refunds
7.1 Returning orders after delivery
You are allowed to return products delivered to you if they are defective or not the same as your order when you received them within 14 days. You can return it in person, by courier or by post to H1108 Budapest, Harmat u. 210., Hungary, and you must bear the costs of shipping. If your claims are justified, the purchase price excluding shipping fees will be fully refunded.

7.2 Dissatisfied product
If you are not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products within 14 days after the product is delivered if:

  • the products are unwashed and not used (you can try clothing or shoes on for fit, but you cannot wear them)
  • the product is complete with packaging

7.3 Product exchange
Product exchanges are not possible, but you can return your product(s). See art 7.1

7.4 Refund
Refunds are issued based on the original form of payment within 30 days of claim acceptance. If you paid via PayPal, you will receive a refund through PayPal. If you paid Cash on Delivery, you will receive payment in cash to the delivered address.

7. Guarantee
The customer is expected to refuse the parcel in case he estimates that it is damaged during delivery, so that the parcel will be sent back to winkstores.com. If the customer accepts the parcel, he has 3 days to notify winkstores.com of any damages in the goods received, via e-mail or by sending a letter with proof of postage to the following address: H1108 Budapest, Harmat u. 210., Hungary. After the 3 days delay, the parcel is considered as accepted and cannot be subject to any demand regarding potential damage. If the items which have been refused by the customer are proven to be effectively damaged or misproduced, all amounts paid by the customer will be fully refunded. This refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. winkstores.com cannot be considered responsible for misuse of the items bought.

Private sales
winkstore.com organises exclusive product sales on its www.winkstores.com website. They cannot be combined with any other offers. The discount is automatically applied in the basket. Procedures for ordering, payment of items, delivery and returns are provided for in the paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions.

Winkstores.com has an obligation only to use its best endeavours throughout all the stages regarding accessing the site, the ordering process, delivery, customer service or after-sales. Winkstores.com cannot be held liable for any damage or inconveniences inherent to using the Internet network, specifically a disruption of services, an external intrusion or computer viruses, or for any event considered to be force majeure, as established by case law.

Intellectual Property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on winkstores.com are protected by worldwide copyright and intellectual property. In this regard and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only private use is authorised, subject to different, even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the winkstores.com website is strictly forbidden without prior agreement.
