International Marketing Manager

The marketing managers role is to develop a strong brand image for Wink while supporting its growth to international markets with the marketing and sales team. The job would take place full time in the company’s headquarters in Budapest.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Define and strengthen brand identity
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies
- Coordinate and project manage the development of web and e-commerce platforms
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns internationally
- Develop and implement social media campaigns
- Create press releases, marketing and promotional materials
- Develop marketing support for resellers and distributors
- Create reports and annual marketing budget plans

- Strong written and oral English proficiency
- Higher education (preferably in the field of marketing, trade or economics)
- At least 2 years relevant marketing experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in online marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in fashion and retail industry
- Brand image design or retail design experience
- Use of Adobe creative suite


Purchasing/product manager

The purchasing/product manager’s role is to coordinate the full product development and sales cycle from design, prototyping, testing, production and to feedback. The job would take place full time in the Budapest headquarters and would require 2-3 times yearly travel to our suppliers.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Planning seasonal collections
- Preparation of purchasing strategies after consultation with specialist departments
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Preparation/completion of the necessary contract documents
- Market analysis, bid comparisons, processing of orders and invoices
- Selection of high quality suppliers at international fairs
- Developing supplier strategies
- Processing of complaints from escalation level
- Negotiation of compensation and refunds with supplier
- Initiation and monitoring of supplier development measures
- Support and participation in design and development projects
- Personnel planning and management of subordinate employees

- College or University degree (Engineer/Logistics/Economic)
- Product and market knowledge in footwear, accessories and/or clothing
- 3-5 years experience in purchasing
- Negotiation level of English proficiency
- Contract law knowledge

- Use of Photoshop
- Experience in premium/high end fashion and retail industry
